A woman who couldn’t avoid getting orgasms for four hours while having sex with her husband describes the experience as “physically, emotionally, and psychologically exhausting.”
Liz and her husband Eric told the bizarre story on TLC’s Sex Sent Me To The ER.
They remembered having some morning sex before she started to climax. The orgasm lasted several hours.
They started to panic, and Liz did everything to end the orgasm an hour and a half later.
“I started jumping up and down to see how it would help,” Liz recalls of the experience.
Nothing worked, she said, not even a big glass of red wine or antihistamines.
“I had to phone in and tell my manager that I wasn’t feeling good,” Liz says.
“I ended up calling every medical professional I’ve ever seen in my life in an attempt to get a response!”
Eric told her that they will have to visit the hospital.
Medics were about to write a valium prescription when the orgasm abruptly ended, more than four hours after it began.
Liz states: “At first, it was simply denial. I didn’t believe it, and I was scared it would restart right away.”

Unfortunately, the strange condition reappeared, and Liz again requires treatment regularly to prevent random embarrassing and crippling orgasms in public and at home.
“Initially, it was more like after sex, and then it got to the point that I’d be doing something – watching TV, going down the street – and I’d get an orgasm out of nowhere,” she explained.
“I may have up to 12 spontaneous extended orgasms in a single day.”
“I came to the point where I was having them only every day, then every other day, then once a week, and then maybe once a month,” Liz says.
Her orgasms were finally regulated by the medication.
