Nollywood actress and mother of two Uche Ogbodo has tendered a public apology letter to Grammy award-winning singer Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid and his fans called Wikid FC for scolding the singer over his statement on rap music being dead to him.
The actress took to her Instagram account to tender her apology.
Uche Ogbodo got into a heated argument with Wizkid’s FC after she criticised the singer for proclaiming rap music dead and dull.
Uche made a U-turn and apologised to them for her anger. She admitted to overreacting because she was pushed by what she saw on blogs.
Uche pulled out of the fight, stating that she had no business being involved in the ongoing controversy because she was not in the rap industry.
“I wish to Apologize to Wizkid and FC make unah no vex. I think I overreacted yesterday cos I was Angry over what I saw on the Blogs. This War is not My War Please, let the Real Owners fight it. I am not a rapper and my man @bobbymaris is even an afro beat singer sef. Kachineke Mezie Okwu. Wizkid FC make unah no vex. Ya humbled me when you guys started screaming #betterdays by @bobbymaris even as you are angry. God bless you all”, she wrote.
