Wizkid and Bieber perform the remix of ‘Essence’ for the first time at Philadelphia’s Made in America music festival.
‘Essence’ has had an incredible run on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Wizkid became the first Nigerian artist to have a single chart at No. 82 on the Billboard Hot 100 in July, with ‘Essence.’
It climbed to No. 70 the following week and then to No. 67 the following week.

In August, it climbed to the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became the most streamed song in the US for the week in review.
It is currently ranked 13th on the Billboard 100 and first on the Billboard R&B chart, indicating that Wizkid has a number one record in the United States of America.
