Adeniran Adetunji, better known by his stage name Yonda, is a popular Nigerian singer and songwriter. He recently shared a private message with Davido in which he begged to be forgiven and taken back.
Although nothing official has been announced regarding their breakup, the estranged DMW star, who is recognized as one of the top composers in the nation, hasn’t been seen around Davido or the label recently.
However, Yonda broke the silence on December 16, 2022, when he posted a private conversation between himself and Davido on Instagram in which the former was seen pleading for the latter to be taken back. Yonda claims that his career is gone and that he needs Davido’s assistance to bring it back to life. On December 16, 200, he wrote:
Baddest don’t live me hanging pls. Let me rise again. You know you can do it. I have been black listed in the game baddest. Take me back Like the prodigal son. Rear gem. I miss you, i don’t know where i got it wrong with you again my king. maybe you sit my ass down n make me come correct with you this time. d only thing still relevant about is (yondadmw), fuck up no dey sour baba. Pls treat my fuck up n let me be your lsave again, im not hungry my boss but my career is dead. Don’t forsake me David.
Interestingly, Davido replied the singer in the said chat, stating that he misses him too and that he, Yonda hurt him.
