Adidas, a giant German sportswear manufacturer, has announced its intention to market the struggling Reebok brand.
The company also said it will release its financial reports as well as additional information about the revenues On March 10, 2021.
Remember that Adidas announced in mid-February that it would begin a formal process to divest Reebok.
The sporting goods company stated that it will concentrate on bolstering the global position of its core Adidas brand.
However, over the last month, there has been much talk in the sportswear industry about who may be interested in purchasing the Reebok brand, but no buyer has been announced.
Adidas will host a virtual event for investors and the media after disclosing how the pandemic has impacted its bottom line over the past financial year to present a proposed strategic overhaul for the next five years.
Reebok is an Anglo-American footwear and apparel company that, since August 2005, has been a subsidiary of German sports equipment.
