Singer Teni, whose full name is Teniola Apata, gave her former teacher a new car.
On World Teachers Day, the “Billionaire” singer paid a surpise visit to her alma mater and gave her secondary school teacher the car.
She did it as a way of thanking him for having an influence on her as a developing youngster and for imparting information on her.
Every year on October 5, academicians are honored for their contributions to society on World Teachers Day.
She was praised by many for remembering her old school teacher as it is rare for anyone or any celebrity to do such. It seemed that she was very close to the teacher, whom she gifted the expensive car to.
Online images and videos depict the moment the Singer Teni entered the school and was greeted with raucous applause.
After giving her teacher the keys to the new car, the award-winning musician posed for photos with him.
“Teni surprised her secondary school teacher with a car”, a fan who posted the video commented,
