David Adeleke a famous Nigerian singer is trending as a result of his traditional marriage ceremony to his long time lover Chioma Rowland.
While Davido’s older sister Sharon Adeleke is playing the role of a Mum and big sister for her younger brother, David will always use every opportunity to respect and remember his late.

Davido’s biological mother, Dr. Veronica Hailey Imade who died at age 39 was a Nigerian Singer, Doctor and lecturer at Babcock University.
She gave birth to him on November 21st, 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The family of Adeleke family would later move back to their native country Nigeria.
The late Mrs Adeleke was a music lover, just like her son. In the 90s, she had a brilliant music career, owned a record label and was also part of a band named “David’s Band.”
She reportedly had a security company named after her son, which was called “David’s security”.
Veronica Imade met the father of the singer, the famous billionaire Adedeji Adeleke in the 80s. They fell in love and got married. Together, Veronica and Adedeji had two children: David and Sharon.
Her husband, Mr. Adeleke who was a donor at Babcock University, where she was a lecturer.
Sadly, on the 6th of March, 2003, an unfortunate incident occurred which left everyone in shock as Davido’s mother passed on the 40th birthday of her husband Adedeji Adeleke. She was only 39 years old.
It is not surprising that her last son decided to pursue a career in music and became successful musician.
