Policeman and two others: A police officer and two other people have been killed in an armed robbery attack in a bank in Ilara Mokin Town, Ifedore Local Government Area, Ondo State on Thursday, July 15.
The attack killed a police officer, a commercial motorcyclist, and a member of the Elizade University staff identified as Mr Bunmi Afuye.
According to eyewitnesses, many others were injured by stray bullets fired by the gang, which also carted away an undisclosed amount of money after breaking the bank’s bullet-proof door with dynamite.

Mr Tee-Leo Ikoro, the state Police Public Relations Officer, however, confirmed the incident and revealed that a team of police officers had been deployed on the scene while an investigation was underway.
