“I deeply appreciate the opportunity to hold extensive discussions with President Olusegun Obasanjo earlier today on arising national interest matters,” he wrote, alongside the photos. “As usual, the exchanges were forthright and animated.”
The meeting on Monday was identical to one Obi held with him earlier in the week. At that meeting, which took place in London, UK, was Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike.
This is not the first time that the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi’, is meeting with Obasanjo. Obi has met with him before and again, today, although, he didn’t disclose what they talked about. However, it’s a good sign as the Former President Obasanjo seems to be supporting Obi to become President.
