The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Nasarawa State, Dr. Davematics Ombugadu, has vowed to end the over seven years of blackout, bad roads and lack of access to basic amenities in Toto Local Government Area of the State if elected into power in 2023 general election.
Ombugadu made the vow on Tuesday during the flagging off of his election campaign rally which began in Toto Local Government Area.
While addressing the villagers who came out in mass to welcome him, Ombgadu noted that he has seen all the problems facing the people in the community and will move into action to bringing development in the area immediately he assumes office.
He reminded the people the danger of allowing politicians who do not think about them but only show up during election to mislead them.
He also called on the people of Toto to support the party’s candidates from the Federal to State level in the State.
He further appreciated party stakeholders, youths and women for given him maximum support to succeed in the upcoming election.
