The late gospel musician Osinachi Nwachukwu autopsy report is out and the case has been moved to the Directorate of Public Prosecutions by the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja Police Command.
Recall that the 42-year-old Osinachi Nwachukwu passed away on April 8, in an Abuja hospital.
The singer is said to have died in the hospital while treating herself after her husband allegedly kicked her on the chest while abusing her on different occasion.
Following the public agitation to unravel the cause of her death her Husband, Mr. Peter Nwachukwu was arrested on Sunday April 10, on grounds of suspected culpable homicide.

The case was immediately transferred from the Lugbe Police Division to the State Criminal Investigation Department in the quest for justice
A source on PUNCH Metro has come out to shed more light on the recent development and that the autopsy report had been released, adding that the police would seek legal advice on the matter
Josephine Adeh the command’s Police Public Relations Officer, on Monday, said the case was no longer with the police.
“The case is no longer with us. It is now with the DPP in the office of the Attorney General”, she stated.
