Nigerians in Diaspora, under the aegis of Nigerians in Diaspora Network and Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation, have endorsed Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State for the 2023 presidential election.
The group disclosed this during a world press conference in Oberhausen, Germany.
According to Odijie Irabor, the General Coordinator of the group said the group had jointly selected Bello after a thorough research was carried out on Gov. Bello who they said have done well in promoting good governance.
They further stated that the education sector in Kogi State has experienced great lifting as a result of Bello’s leadership style.
They however noted that Gov. Yahaya Bello has also ensured the inclusion of more women in his government.
On security, they said Bello has done well in securing the lives and properties of the Kogi people.

Meanwhile, as the 2023 presidential election draws closer the two major political parties in Nigeria, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressive Congress (APC) are yet to make known their Zoning choice and candidate for the 2023 election.
