A video apparently showing the moment Mrs Obiano slapped Bianca Ojukwu, widow of late Chuwkuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, at Charles Soludo’s swearing-in ceremony as Anambra state Governor, has gone viral.
Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano is the outgoing Anambra first lady and wife to the outgoing Governor Willie Obiano.
Mrs Obiano’s hit on Bianca was not clearly shown in the video. According to eyewitnesses, dignitaries such as Ex-Gov Obiano were already seated when Mrs Obiano walked in and slapped the widow of Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu who was sitting in the front row.
Security personnel and other individuals were said to have interfered and ended the fight.

Mrs Obiano was later taken away, and her husband left the venue shortly after.
The incident happened after Soludo was sworn in, according to eyewitnesses.
