An excited Nigerian dancer Korra took to her Facebook live to rejoice over her new victory and marital freedom as her divorce process gets finalised.
Notwithstanding the divorce, Korra stated that she is open to moving on in peace with her ex, for the sake of the children.
“I just want us to celebrate our success. Since certain information is private, I won’t mention anything that I shouldn’t.
“That being said, let’s raise a glass to the future, to victory, and to success. Salutations to the past, to moving on, and to fresh starts”.
“I am a free woman, and for the sake of my kids, I’m hoping to move on in peace. This wouldn’t be the end of my love life, though”.
“Love is a beautiful thing, and I will not let my past experiences stop me from finding true love. I’m still searching for it”, she said.
Days after Korra Obidi raised the alarm after Justin Dean called the police on her, she and her ex-husband decided to get separated.
Since their divorce process began, Korra and her ex-husband have engaged in contentious custody disputes and heated social media exchanges.
Korra had complained about her ex-husband’s persistent harassment. In an effort to get full custody of their two girls, she disclosed that Justin had called the police on her.
The mother of two posted a video of a policeman checking on her youngest child, Athena, for injuries while he was at her house.
Justin lied about her daughter Athena falling over, according to Korra, who informed the policeman. Athena, was given to Justin in perfect condition.
Korra had already given the public an update on her protracted divorce. Korra reported that Justin Dean, her ex-husband, was requesting child custody as well as spousal maintenance.
The mother of two vented her frustration with the never-ending drama on her Facebook page, where she broke down in tears.
Korra claimed that despite her best efforts, she has lost the belief in peaceful co-parenting.
