Popular Nollywood actress, Ini Edo has revealed why she had a child through surrogacy and also shared her experience in motherhood.
In a recent interview with media personality Chude, Ini Edo admitted to have gotten her daughter through sorrogacy and she explained why.
Ini Edo stated that she had been through several miscarriages and got tired of trying to have a child the normal way; hence she exploited the given option, being surrogacy.
In her words she said:
“I have had several miscarriages and I got tired of trying, but I really wanted to have a kid for myself; so I had no other option. I got tired of trying after the miscarriages and decided to try having the child through surrogacy.”
@WithChude further asked Ini Edo about her motherhood experience, and what she has learnt from it.
Ini Edo who expressed that motherhood is a very beautiful thing to witness, replied saying:
“Motherhood it’s a very beautiful thing to experience, honestly. I’m a single mother and it’s cool with me. It gives me joy when I come home and see my daughter light up on seeing me, it’s very adorable.”
