BBNaija’s Erica Nlewedim has made a U-turn over her claim to be married to singer Wande Coal which got controversial reactions from her family and village people.
Erica took her fans by surprise after she shared a tweet celebrating her first marriage anniversary to the singer followed by a picture of them together.
Some fans were happy for her for keeping her family life from social media while some wondered when the marriage took place.
The news which trended yesterday July 5th 2023, got to BBNaija’s Erica’s mom and dad who reached out to her to know when she got married without their consent.
According to a screenshot BBNaija’s Erica shared her mother said her village people were calling her to know if the story was true.
Erica further tweeted that her dad also called to know the truth of the matter.
Clarifying things Erica said she was only joking with her post as she was not married to the singer.
She added that she and the singer were celebrating their endorsement deal for a brand.
