Welcome to how to do with Lily, we will be making plantain sauce
Plantain is good for the body, especially the heart because the high potassium content of plantains is essential for the maintenance of cell and body fluids that regulate your heart rate and blood pressure. Plantains’ fibre also helps reduce cholesterol and protects the heart in good working order.
Ingredients
Fish
Scent leaf
Onions
Smoked fish
Tomatoes
Pepper

Palm oil
Seasoning cube
Salt to taste
Procedures
Slice your onions, pepper and tomatoes
Wash your smoked fish and make sure no Bone is left
Put your pot of oil on fire ( let it get hot, I didn’t say you should bleach your oil.)
Put your tomatoes and let them fry for some minutes
Add your pepper and let it fry
Add your onions and let them fry (I like it when my onions are not over fried so I don’t fry mine first like others)
Add your salt and seasoning cube to taste
Put your fish and allow it to boil for sometime
Add your scent leaf
Let it cook for a while
Yes your plantain sauce is ready
