Today on how to do we will be making goat meat ASU sauce.
Are you planning a get-together or a small birthday party celebration? You can choose to serve your guest Asu because it’s very affordable and easy to make.
Ingredients;
Garlic
Pepper
Onions
Salt
Vegetable oil
Seasoning cube
Goat meat
Procedures;
Cut your goat meat into small sizes
Blend your garlic to be very smooth (enough garlic)
Divide your pepper into two portions
Blend the bigger portion half done and the smaller portion should be very smooth
Chop your onions (divide your onions into two portions, slice them from the side)
Put your meat on fire
Add garlic
Add pepper (the smooth one)
Add seasoning cube and salt to taste
Put on the fire
Allow your meat to cook very well until it’s properly cooked
Add more water if the need arises

Once your meat is ready, put an empty frying pan on the fire
Add oil
Put your goat meat and let it fry for a while
Bring your goat meat out
Filter your oil to make sure that there are no particles
Put the oil in an empty fry pan
Add your onions and pepper (your onions and pepper needs to be very fresh)
Let it fry a little
Add a very little salt
Put your meat
Stir very well
Your ASU is ready
Best served with a very chilled drink
