Today on how to do with Lily, we will be making eforiro popularly known in the southern part of Nigeria as green.
Green vegetables are an important component of a balanced diet. They’re high in vitamins, nutrients, fiber and low in calories.
Eating a diet high in green vegetables has been shown to reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, and mental deterioration.
Here are the ingredients needed for this recipe;
Tomatoes
Pepper
Cow leg (also known as bokoto)
Smoked fish
Beef and shaki
Crayfish
Efo (green vegetable)
Iru (locust beans)
Palm oil
Procedures
Chop your efo
Wash your meat (cow leg, beef and shaki) to stem
Include your smoked fish

Add your pepper, salt and seasoning cube to taste
When your meat is properly cooked
Blend pepper and tomatoes
Boil water
Wash your efo properly
Add hot water to the efo and sieve out the hot water when the efo is properly soaked
Now let’s cook
Put an empty pot on the fire
Add your palm oil
Put your tomatoes and pepper
Fry properly
Add your iru (locust beans) and allow to fry
Add your steamed fish and meat
Add crayfish and cover the pot
Allow it to boil out
Taste to see if the salt and seasoning cube from the meat is enough (Do not add water to it, make sure that the stock water is small)
Still allow it to cook properly
Now add your efo leaf and stare very well
Your soup is ready
Best serve with any kind of swallow.
