Today on how to do l will be sharing with you a special stew recipe.
This is the kind of stew I recommend you make during any festive period
Ingredients;
Beef
Crayfish
Local spice for fried rice
Red tomatoes
Pepper
Onions
Vegetable oil
Salt
Seasoning cube
Curry
Thyme
Procedures
Blend small crayfish with a small quantity of the local fried rice spice
Wash your beef and put it in a pot
Add your blended crayfish and fried rice spice to it
Add the sliced onions

Add salt and seasoning cube to taste
Add pepper
Put small water, cover your pot and put on the fire
Blend your tomatoes, pepper and small onions properly
Put in a pot and cook with low heat
Make sure you monitor it so it won’t get burnt
Once you notice that your meat is properly cooked
Put an empty pot on the fire
Add oil and fry your meat
Let your meat fry very well
Slice the remaining onions
Check if your tomatoes mix is ready
Once the water is dry
Put an empty pot on the fire
Add the vegetable oil used for frying the meat but ensure it is particle-free (add more oil if there’s need)
Add your tomatoes mix and stir very well
Add a small quantity of salt and seasoning cube to taste
Add thyme
Add Small curry and keep frying
Add your onions
Taste to see if salt and seasoning cube is ok
Allow it to fry for a while
Your stew is ready
Best served with white rice, yam, plantain etc.
Note: all these procedures happen within a short time
I don’t over fry my tomatoes because I prefer them looking fresh that’s why I make sure that the tomatoes are properly cooked before I fry.
