Get the quantity of dates you want to use
Remove the seed
Chop to different sizes
Put in a flat tray
Dry under the sun for 3-4 days
Once you notice that the date can break
Then it’s properly dried
Put your date in a blender
Blend for 10 seconds
Put in a sieve and put the powdered portion in an airtight container
Then blend the ones in the sieve for another 10 seconds
Try not to exceed 10 seconds because if you do it might bring out oil
Just continue blending until you are done
Then store in an airtight container
Use it to drink your tea, make zobo and take your pap
Sometimes just lick it because of its health benefit.
