On how to do today, we will be cooking Nigerian ogbono soup with style
Ingredients
Ogbono
Ugu leaf
Kpomo
Beef
Stockfish
Crayfish
Palm oil

Salt
Pepper

Dry fish
Now let’s cook
Grind your ogbono with crayfish (do not grind all the crayfish)
Wash your meat and fish
Steam your meat with salt, pepper and seasoning cube to taste
Steam your stockfish and dry fish separately. Add salt, pepper and seasoning cube to taste
Put an empty pot on the fire
Add palm oil
Allow it to get hot
Add your ogbono
Stir very well
Just keep stirring until the ogbono dissolve
Now add your stock water gradually and keep stirring
Stir until your ogbono is smooth
Add your fish and meat
Taste to see if you need to add extra pepper, seasoning cube and salt
Add your crayfish and let it cook for a while
Add small ugu
Then your soup is ready
Note: if you want to add okra to it, it is at this point you add your okra and cook for a while because you still want your okra to be fresh cook your okra for a while then add your ugu leaf
Your soup is ready
Serve with any swallow of your choice.
