Hilda Effiong Bassey popularly known as Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef and restaurateur has won the food influencer of the year award at the Pulse Awards event held last night in Lagos.
Celebrating the award Hilda took to her Instagram handle to thank the organisers of the event and everyone who voted for her.
Recall that Hilda is the current holder of the Guinness World Record for marathon cooking (Cook-athon) with 93 hours 11 minutes, setting a new record after surpassing Indian chef Lata Tondon’s 87 hours, 45 minutes cooking marathon in 2023.
