Grace Agbo, a stunning Nollywood actress, sent gifts to the less fortunate in honor of her promotion at the Federal Fire Service to Assistant Superintendent of Fire 1 (ASF1).
Because of her desire to save lives and aid others who are in danger, Agbo was able to land a position as a fireman.
The actress, who was born in Idoma, has been in numerous movies, such as “Black Out,” “Mr. Potosky,” “Lost Pride,” “Deadly Desire,” “Palace of Sorrow,” “Ada-Ide-Ichaka,” “Haunted Palace,” “Village Don,” and “The Calabash,” among others.
Grace Agbo said she remained in Nollywood despite being a firefighter.
In a brief chat, she said, “I took up an appointment in Federal Fire Service in 2019 while still in Nollywood as a result of the passion I have for the job. Being a firefighter has given me the opportunity to contribute to society by teaching people how to prevent fire and the things to do when there is a fire outbreak. I have reached out to millions of people through social media and visited organisations, schools, and other agencies alongside my Special Duty unit team from the headquarters.”
On her new role, she said her new role will her to do more.
“Special duty unit is a unit under Inspectorate, Investigation and Enforcement (IIE) department which is saddled with the responsibility of inspecting buildings to see the level of their fire safety compliance, carry out training, excursion, issue fire certificate amongst other functions.”
