The executive Governor of Nasarawa State Abdullahi Sule, has pledged to flag off more infrastructural projects in the State especially in Toto Local Government Area if re-elected as Governor in the upcoming 2023 election.
Sule made the pledge on Monday during the flagging off of his re-election campaign rally which began in Toto Local Government Area.
While addressing the villagers who came out in mass to welcome him, Sule noted that he has done so much for the people of Toto and the state at large and promised to do more, if re-elected as Governor.
Sule reminded the people the danger of allowing politicians who do not think about them but only show up during election to mislead them.
He also called on the people of Toto to support the Speaker of the state legislature, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi to succeed at all times.
Also speaking at the event, was the National Chairman of the party, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, Sen. Tanko Al- Makura, ( APC- Nasarawa South) Mr John Mamman, the State APC chairman, Sen. Abubakar Sodangi, the Chairman, Gov.Sule/ Akabe Campaign Council and Director General Barrister Tanimu Adabson urged the people of the area and the state to support the re-election bid of Gov. Sule come 2023.
They said that the people of the state would enjoy more dividends of democracy, if they returned Gov. Sule in 2023.
They all noted that the governor has performed well and is still performing in all sectors of the economy.
They also drumed support for Sen. Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the APC Presidential flag bearer urging the people to vote for him.
Earlier, Mr Abdullahi Aliyu Tasha, the Executive Chairman of Toto LGA and Chairman, APC,Toto LGA, Mr Shuaibu Ahmed commended Gov. Abdullahi Sule for his efforts in developing the area and the state at large.
They assured of their people’s readiness to vote Gov. Sule and all other APC candidates in 2023.
They further assured of their readiness to mobilise support for Gov. Sule and other APC candidates to succeed beyond 2023.
