Funke Akindele, popularly known as Jenifa (from her role in her hit series Jenifa’s Dairy) has revealed her reason for taking a break from Twitter after she lost in the last elections.
Recall that Funke deleted all her political-related posts following her loss in the 2023 Governorship election in Lagos State, she also took a break from the micro-blogging platform Twitter.
A concerned fan asked to know why she has not been active on Twitter by writing, “Madam Funke, I site you… Longest time you run away from us abi wot happen?”
Akindele responded: “Dem too dey insult people on this app, so I stay off.”
