A drunk police officer is on the run after allegedly shooting two people during a birthday party held at a bar in Gowon Estate, Egbeda, Lagos State.
The cop was given food and drinks by the party organisers, who invited him to join in their celebration, according to eyewitnesses.
He started shooting after he had eaten and drank to his pleasure, apparently killing two of the attendees who were spraying money at the celebrant.
The remains of the deceased, as well as those who incurred gunshot wounds, were shown in a video posted online.

The celebrant, named as Ifeanyi alias Asiwaju of Computer village was also said to have invited the policeman to provide security at the event.
