David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, has revealed how he complicated his relationship with his lover, Chioma before they finally got married.
The ‘unavailable’ crooner revealed this in an interview as he opened up on his relationship with his legally married wife, Chioma.
In a video making rounds online, the Afrobeat legend was asked to share the time he was most disappointed in himself.
Davido who hesitated before he answered the question express that it was one time when he was having issues with Chioma, when there were still dating.
He further added that he handled their relationship issues wrongly and with regret, he noted that he felt he could have handled the situation differently because she is a wonderful person.
Davido, who showed off the ring on his engagement finger while talking, said: “When I and my wife first had a rift. I was disappointed in myself. I felt like I could have done better because she’s an amazing person. I messed up, but I fixed it.”
