Famous and award-winning Nigerian Singer David Adeleke also known as Davido has given the sum of one million Naira to a Kano Lagos-based Keke-Napep rider who used his pictures to decorate his Keke.
The Keke rider got to Davido after his customer filmed his Keke and sent to famous blogger Tunde Ednut on Instagram.
On seeing the video Davido pledged to give the rider one million Naira.
Tunde quickly went in search of the rider on finding him the money was sent to his account.
He has also confirmed receiving the money in his account in the video below.
Recall that the award-winning singer won three awards at the 8th Afrima Awards event held on Sunday, January 15, 2023.
The Afrima awards are: “Stand Strong feat. SS Choir – Best African Inspirational Music”.
“Champion Sound feat. Focalistic – Best Duo/group in African Electro”.
“Who’s True – Tion Wayne feat. Davido- Best Act in diaspora (Male)”.
Also recall that the father of three lost his son on October 31, 2022, and has since been off social media but made a historical appearance on the last day of the Qatar World Cup where he performed alongside world singers.
Meanwhile, Davido has officially made Chioma his wife after paying her bride prize in full and has since updated his Wikipedia profile to that of a married man.
Snippets of the marriage rites were also shared as Davido confirms it by having a matching tattoo of their names on each other’s fingers.
