Controversial Twitter influencer Daniel Regha says Award-winning Nigerian Singer Tems was nominated for Golden Globes Award based on favouritism.
The influencer dropped a lengthy note on his handle stating his opinion which didn’t go well with many Twitter users who came for him at the comment section.
According to the Influencer, Burna Boy’s song on Black Panther Wakanda Forever soundtrack is better than Tems song ‘lift me up’.
Daniel further added that Burna Boy should be the one to get the recognition and Rihanna or Tems.
“Burna has the best song on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtracks, but Tems’ “Lift Me Up” is the one that got nominated for the 2023 Golden Globes Best Original Song (based on favouritism). Burna sh¤uld be the one getting this recogniti¤n, n¤t Rihanna or Tems. No offence”.
Reacting to Regha’s claim @ButtSniffer said he has listened to both songs and could state that the song ‘lift me up’ is better than Burna Boy song.
“Shut ur trap, I listen to both songs and I can tell u that Rihanna song is better lyrically than burnas. You ain’t a music critique, so ur opinion doesn’t count”, he wrote.
