Nigerian singer, Cynthia Morgan has crowned Nollywood actress Nancy Isime the best actress of the year after she was snubbed at the AMVCA.
Cynthia Morgan who took to her Instagram story, explained how Nancy Isime has made appearances on the screen for two straight years.
She also expressed how BBNaija’s Mercy Eke, Nse Ikpe, and Ini Edo too were supposed to gain some recognition for their roles in Netflix series ‘Shanty Town’.
Cynthia further questioned AMVCA for Timini Egbuson not getting a nomination as ‘Actor of the Year’.
Taking to her Instagram story, Cynthia Morgan wrote: “But Nancy Isime is the real actress of the year. Argue with your ancestors. Even Mercy Eke deserved some accolades. I mean her acting in Shanty Town not that outfit, please. Nse to of course Ini is doing well too. But talking about who has been on our screens for two consecutive years now. It’s Nancy. And talking about the actor of the year where did you guys keep Timini”.
