Angry Netizens have dragged Grammy Award winning musician wizkid for disrespecting M.I and rap music.
Popular singer, Wizkid regarded rap music as boring and many music lovers didn’t take it lightly with him as their reactions implies.
Star boy, as he’s often called said this during an interview with 10 magazine.
“Afrobeats is the new pop. I said two million copies in America off of one song! Even some American artists don’t have a diamond record. If I’m being honest. I don’t listen to any other genre of music anymore”.
“I don’t listen to rap – that sh*t is boring to me. It’s dead now, it’s tired. These guys do the same shit, rap on the same beats and the same flows,” he said.
On seeing his statement angry Netizens dragged stating that he disrespected M.I who is a rapper and older than him.
