British Prime Minister, Lizz Trust Appoints Female Nigerian As UK Secretary Of State
After taking office on Tuesday, Liz Truss, the British prime minister, reorganized her cabinet and named Kemi Badenoch to her team.
Badenoch was named as the Secretary of State for International Trade and President of the Board of Trade, according to a tweet issued on Tuesday to the verified Twitter account of the UK Prime Minister, @10DowningStreet.
“Kemi Badenoch MP @KemiBadenoch has been appointed Secretary of State for International Trade and President of the Board of Trade @TradeGovUK,” the tweet’s caption said.
