Chukwuemeka Okoye, better known by his stage name BBNaija’s Frodd, recently got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Chioma. Frodd was a former BBNaija season 4 housemate. Numerous friends and admirers have been sending them blessings since their engagement.
Nollywood actress Mimi Orjiekwe announced his engagement on social media on Thursday night. Frodd, a former BBNaija housemate, proposed to his girlfriend Chioma in a sweet video that Mimi shared.
She added the caption, “Yeeeeeaah! My Gee has a mate. Frodd is a fiancé. Chioma, congratulations. Numerous congratulations from their fellow colleagues in the entertainment industry have been left in the content’s comment section.
Iheme had a long line of people waiting to comment on the video. Happy birthday, Frodd, Nancy wrote. Wow, as Medlin Boss put it. Frodd, congratulations. Chioma, what did you add to your stew?, Patricia asked. This year, I had no crushes, thus I’m broken now.
In a 2019 interview, BBNaija’s Frodd acknowledged that the program had a positive impact on his life, saying: “After BBNaija, everything changed for me. The affection I received left me speechless. It didn’t seem real at first until it persisted for months. I subsequently accepted my new situation and got to work on my objectives. I started working as a brand ambassador for numerous well-known companies. I have found my talents in the entertainment industry as an actor and master of ceremonies. I also established my company last year.”
On the lessons he picked up during the reality TV show, he said, “I learnt to be humble, persevere and never jump to conclusions. I also learnt to deal with personal issues and not to judge a book by its cover. BBNaija taught me that grace exists.”
