Buhari departs for London: President Muhammadu Buhari is said to have departed to London, United Kingdom, on Monday, October 31, 2022, for a routine medical checkup amid the crisis going on in the country ranging from insecurity, flood, and hunger.
The President’s spokesman, Mr Femi Adesina, confirmed this in a statement issued on Monday in Abuja.
According to the presidential adviser, the president would return to the country in the second week of November 2022.
“President Buhari leaves for London on October 31, 2022, for a routine medical checkup. He returns to the country 2nd week of November 2022”, Femi wrote.
