The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has arrested Nigerian famous singer Dbanj for allegedly diverting money meant for N-Power beneficiaries.
This was disclosed by gist lover who said singer connived with some government officials to carry out the crime.
“You see them buying Cars and houses every 3 market days , Now hand don touch this one , in all you do, NOTHING STILL BEATS LEGIT MONEY, IT MIGHT NOT BE MUCH BUT THE PEACE OF MIND THAT COMES WITH IT EHN.
“DBanj has been arrested by ICPC for allegedly diverting N-Power funds. He allegedly connived with some government officials, created ghost beneficiaries and paid the money into accounts which have been linked to him. N-power has to be the greatest fraud scheme to ever exist in Nigeria”, Gistlover wrote.
Some Nigerian youths have also voiced out their annoyance over the new development coming from the singer.
“I will feel disappointed if this is true,a youth for that matter feeling the pains of the Nigerian youth and yet associated himself to be used in such manners” CheChe wrote.

“I support his prosecution, but this is just a stunt by the FG to ridicule the efforts of Nigerian youths for a change in government. I believe he’s just a little fish in that pond, FG should probe all the politicians involved in Npower scheme”, Marshall Obinna wrote.
