Actress Jennifer Lawrence returns after giving birth
Jennifer Lawrence, an American actress and new mother, has made a comeback to the big screen in a new film.
The “Hunger Games” actress said of the script about a wounded US Army engineer who returns from Afghanistan to a tense relationship with her mother: “It was really something that came from the gut, just like this urgency.” She took a break from acting because, in her words, “everybody had gotten sick of me.” I made it plain that I didn’t want to work, but when it somehow ended up on my desk, I suddenly felt compelled to “let’s make it, let’s do this.”
Cy Lawrence was born to Jennifer Lawrence.
