The daughter-in-law of award-winning actress Joke Silver has reacted to her mother-in-law’s involvement in Bola Tinubu campaign saying “Obedience Is Better Than Sack of Rice”.
The veteran actress daughter-in-law, Blessing Douglas, got people talking after she appeared to have thrown a shade at her mother-in-law through her post on Instagram.
Blessing uploaded a series of posts on her Instagram story, some of which were enigmatic and others of which made it apparent who she supported.
She began one post by asking God to protect her and her child, and in another post, she went on to express her support for Peter Obi.
SHE WROTE: “OBEDIENCE IS BETTER THAN SACK OF RICE”.
Meanwhile, she didn’t stop there, as she urged people to get their PVC and vote in accordance with their conscience while preaching that people’s decisions should be respected and asking God to protect them from what was happening in Nigeria.
While some claimed she was being impolite, others argued that people’s decisions should be respected.
