The Rider Rachel, who was once Adenkule’s closest buddy, now appears to want him to leave the game because Adekunle wants to spend more time getting to know Daniella.
Every time Ebuka scatters the table, one of the Housemates feels uneasy, and Rider Rachel was the unfortunate one this time. Ebuka came over to the House on Sunday night to inquire about Adekunle’s plans for Daniella. He expressed a desire to know her better and left Rachel with conflicting impressions of him.
In a lengthy talk with Adekunle that lasted more than two hours in the garden, Rachel addressed the situation. Rachel told the former Head of House during this chat that she felt disrespected by him for showing interest in Daniella after he showed interest in her.
Rachel claimed that Adekunle had expressed desire in getting to know her better, therefore she was perplexed as to why he would now be interested in someone else.
When Adekunle asked Rachel, “Do you like me?,” their Garden gist turned violent. He said, “Case closed,” and want to end the conversation when Rachel refuted this. He even went so far as to tell Rachel that he intended to become HoH and appoint Daniella as his deputy. In response, Rachel asked him to elaborate on the “cues” he had been sending her. Adekunle had been hugging Rachel within the House, which according to Rachel, is something that should only happen when two people are dating. Hugs are just hugs to Adekunle, and there is nothing more.
Big Brother questioned Rachel about whom she would have used her veto power to save during her diary session today. Adekunle was her choice, but she selected Bella because, as a result of “recent occurrences,” she no longer understands Adekunle. Adekunle’s interest in Daniella is the incident in question. Adekunle denies using her or Daniella as a ruse, despite the fact that she believes he is.
When Big Brother asked her to pick someone she would evict, she chose Adekunle because she isn’t entirely over him. This helped to solidify her current feelings about him.
Did Rachel’s interest in Adekunle become apparent when Ebuka shook the table? Was her feeling of disrespect when Daniella was publicly chosen by Adekunle instead of her justified?
