LG Polls: Nasarawa: The Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi, has urged supporters of the party to embark on a house-to-house campaign to mobilise the electorate towards the victory of the party.
Abdullahi gave the task on Monday while flagging off campaign at Karmo/Buga ward of Toto Local Government Area of the state.
The speaker, who was represented by his Special Adviser on Political Matters, Mr Mohammed Usman, urged the supporters to ensure that they embark on a house-to-house campaign in all the 12 electoral wards of the area.
”I urge you to embark on a house-to-house campaign for the victory of the party come Oct. 6.
“This is to enhance mass mobilisation and support of the electorate to vote APC candidates in their areas,” he said.
Abdullahi said the performance of Gov. Abdullahi Sule in all facets of life and his ability to secure the state speaks volumes and will attract massive votes for the party.

The speaker urged the electorate in the area to vote for all APC Chairmanship and Councillorship candidates to complement the governor’s effort and enjoy more dividends of democracy at the grassroots.
On their part, the APC Chairman, Toto Local Government Area, Mr Shuaibu Ahmed, and the immediate past chairman of the area, Mr Nuhu Dauda, said the speaker has mandated them to move across all the 12 electoral wards in the area.
He emphasised that the party would deliver on its mandate for the people.
On his part, the APC Chairmanship candidate, Mr Abdullahi Aliyu, solicited votes from all and sundry to enable him and other councillorship candidates to win during the poll.
He assured that he would not fail them if voted into office.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the campaign train had in attendance former state assembly members from the area, Mr Madaki Adagoje, stakeholders and party stalwarts, who all called on the people of the area to vote all candidates fielded by the party during the poll.
