Visa waiver agreement with UAE: The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has denied reports of Ghanaians being able to enter the UAE without a visa.
This comes after it was reported that Ghanaian passport holders can now travel to the UAE without a visa thanks to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries.
According to a press release issued by the embassy in Abu Dhabi on Monday, August 9, the visa waiver agreement has been ratified by the Ghanaian Parliament, but the processes for its implementation have not been completed.
