Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) Coordinator Mahmud Hadeja, has solicited the support of Kaduna State Government in hosting the final round of the 2021 Beach Soccer League.
Hadeja, who is also the President of the African Beach Soccer Union, made the request when he paid a visit to Prof. Kabiru Mato, the Kaduna State Commissioner for Sports Development on Thursday.
He stated that the final round of the 2021 Nigeria Beach Soccer League Super 4 would be held in Kaduna from July 27th to July 31st 2021.
Kebbi BSC, Kwara BSC, Smart City BSC of Lagos, and Kada BSC were among the teams that qualified for the super four.
According to him, Super Sports will cover the event live, which will draw viewers from all over the world.
He stated that athletes, who had made Nigeria proud, particularly in the sport of football, as well as the leadership of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), would be invited to the event, along with other dignitaries.

“As a result, we are requesting the State’s assistance in the use of the Beach Soccer site as well as the provision of accommodation for match officials and dignitaries who will attend,” he pleaded.
In his response, Commissioner Mato promised that the government would help, saying that the state was honoured to be able to host the event.
The Commissioner requested that a planning committee be formed to ensure the event’s success.
Musa Nimrod, Chairman of the Kaduna State Beach Soccer Association, however, thanked the state government for its assistance.
