Famous Nigerian Chef Hilda Baci has congratulated her colleague an Irish Chef, Alan Fisher, who emerged as the current Guinness World Record holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
The Guinness World Records on Tuesday disclosed on their verified X handle formerly Twitter that Fisher from Ireland cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes at his restaurant in Japan.
Reacting to Fisher’s success, Baci who is the former record holder, took to her X account to congratulate Alan.
She wrote, “Huge congratulations to Alan Fisher! 119hrs 57mins is a huge achievement, and I wish him all the best as the new world record holder!”
Recall that the Akwa Ibom State indigen in May 2023 cooked for 93 hours 11 minutes to dethroned former record holder an Indian Chef, Tata Landon who cooked for 87 hours, 45 minutes.
