Today we will be making egg sauce for white yam and white rice
Ingredients
Pepper
Fresh tomatoes
Garlic
Onions
Vegetable oil

Seasoning cube
Salt
Raw Eggs
Procedures:
Chop your onions
Chop your pepper or blend it
Chop your tomatoes to the desired shape
Chop your garlic
Break your eggs in a bowl
Put an empty pan on the fire
Add your vegetable oil
Let the oil get hot
Add your garlic and fry for a while
Add your onions and fry
Add your tomatoes and fry for a while
Add your pepper and fry
Make sure you stair very well
Add salt and seasoning cube to taste
Let it fry for a while
Stir your eggs and add to what is on fire
Let it fry for a while
Make sure your egg mix very well with the other items in the pot
Then your egg sauce is ready
Now let’s boil yam
Pearl your yam
Cut to the desired shape
Wash and put in an empty pot
Cook yam until when it’s becomes tender
Add small salt
Your yam is ready
You can also serve with white rice.
