Reality star Alex has decided to distance herself from her fellow All-Stars housemate Pere after she heard he was close with CeeC before coming to the house.
She had a one on one conversation with Pere this morning after she heard CeeC was upset he is talking to her and related it to what happened between her, CeeC and Tobi.
She said she had no idea that there and Cece had something outside the house and she would want them to bring down their friendship to the barest minimum since she is now aware of their friendship.
She noted that they can talk and interact as fellow housemates, but she will not entertain any unnecessary closeness from him.
Pere, however, tried to convince her that though he knows Cece outside of the house, he has nothing with her. He said they don’t even call each other on the phone regularly as friends do.
He added that he is much closer to Venita than he has ever been with Cece and he doesn’t think he can ever be that close to Cece.
He asked Alex that what if he likes her? He went on to tell her that he likes her. He likes spending time with her and talking with her. He will like to get to know her.
Alex asked him if he didn’t know her outside the house. She said they had met a few times. Didn’t Pere see her then? She said in any case, if he really likes her as he says, then let them get to know each other outside the house, after the show. But in this house… Never.
She said she shall not be unkowingly drawn into Man drama or Feminine riv@lry and that her personality is strong enough to carry her on this show without any of that drama.
She said it is a d!rty narrative which she never wants to be associated with. She explained that it took her 2yrs to clean her image of the Tobi mess and she can never be found in that narrative again.
Pere tried everything to convince her. But Alex insisted that she doesn’t want any special friendship or closeness with him
She said the person who told her this stuff was clear. She was told that Cece is pi$sed that herself and Pere were close before the house, now inside the house, Pere has left her and is now hanging with Alex.
She said she heard it clearly and it is enough. She said her statement is not coming from a place of irrational thinking. She heard it yesterday, she calmed herself down, she thought about it, she slept over it and she woke up this morning with a resolve to speak with him and get it over with.
