Popular skit maker turned musician, Carter Efe has cried out for not getting a nomination for the Headies award despite his hit song, ‘Machala’.
The controversial singer while on Instagram Live broke down in tears as he expressed his feelings over being snubbed by Headies saying their actions toward him are unfair.
The Music Award body released its nominee list yesterday, containing various artists. Meanwhile, his song ‘Machala’ that stirred controversy between him and his partner, Berry Tiga was absent.
Carter Efe dragged the Headies, urging them to mention a song that had more reach than his song last year.
In the video that has gone viral, his friends were captured calming him down as he wept endlessly.
“I’m given you from now til tomorrow morning to change that list. No na, Headies tell me which other song blow pass Machala last year”, part of his statement read.
