Nollywood actor Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki has issued out warning to people sliding into his DM to beg for money.
Chinedu Ikedieze, in a recent video he shared complained about constantly seeing numerous texts from people asking him for financial assistance.
He expressed his disappointment pointing to the fact that everyone is a victim of the economic situation and his not exempted.
He sited an instance, stating how one of his fans slided into his DM asking him for $35k to treat his mom.
His statement below:
“The way people behave now is getting out of hand. You people behave as if we are some kind of money machine.nAny time I enter my DM I see many messages of people begging for money, it’s not nice honestly.
“If we are giving out the money like that the money will finish. Sometimes you people make it feel as if we just have some place where we have keep all the money.
“The other day someone asked me to help him with $35,000 to help treat his mother. Convert that money to naira and see how much it is.
“The economic situation is biting hard and is heating all of us, we too are involved we feel it too.”
