How well do you cook your fried rice?
Does it taste good or taste as if curry owns it?
Join me as I share my secret recipe on how to cook fried rice without frying the rice
Ingredients
Spring onions
Onions
Liver
Green peas
Green beans
Carrot
Sweet corn
Green pepper
Local fried rice spice or curry
Vegetable oil
Any protein of your choice
For this one is chicken I will be using
Rice
Pepper
Salt
Seasoning cube
Now let’s cook
Wash your chicken and add all seasoning to the right proportion
Add your liver to it and allow it to cook properly
Parboil your rice for just 5-10 minutes and wash
Leave in the pot
Add your local fried rice spice or if it’s curry you watch the quantity
Add a small portion of well-blended pepper
Add seasoning cube and add salt to taste
Add your onions
Add small water
Cover your pot and put it on fire
Monitor your rice until it gets tender
Fried rice is not supposed to be too tender
So watch out
Chop your carrot, spring onions, green beans green peas, onions, green pepper, liver and a small portion of chicken to the desired shape
Fry your liver and chicken (both the chopped chicken)

Once your rice is properly cooked
Bring it down
Put an empty pan on fire
Add vegetable oil
Add your onions and let allow to fry for a while
Add your green peas, spring onions, green pepper and green beans and allow them to fry
Add your carrot and your wash sweet corn
Stir very well
Add a small quantity of local fried rice spice or curry and stir
Add seasoning cube and salt to taste
Allow it fry
Add your liver and fried chop chicken and let fry
Now it’s ready
Put your pot of rice on fire
Pour Your fries into the pot of cooked rice
Stir very well
Bring down the pot
Your rice is ready
Best serve with a chilled drink.
