Influential Twitter critic, Daniel Regha has slammed singer Davido for splashing hundreds of millions to acquire a new car.
Davido allegedly spend millions of naira on a new Mercedes Maybach 2023 model and airlifted it to Lagos this week, which Daniel Regha says was wrong.
Daniel stated that Davido shouldn’t have bought a new car because it was not necessary at this point.
According to Daniel Regha who noted that Davido should have used the money for charity, as he noted that Davido is not a Government official or politician, but he can make a difference with his wealth; as there are many people in real need of financial help.
Daniel Regha who took to his Twitter handle to share his opinion said, “Davido reportedly spent half a billion on a new car that he doesn’t need; That’s a waste of money. Imagine if half of that was used to assist the needy or support a good cause. He’s not a govt official, but he can make a real difference with his wealth. Many need financial help”.
