Wash your periwinkles.
Steam your fish separately so you won’t scatter it (put pepper, salt and seasoning cube to taste) also steam your snail, Kpomo and prawns (add pepper, salt and seasoning cube to taste)
Put your chopped okro to a mortal and use a pestle to match it(just do it slowly to break the okro)
Put your pot of oil on a fire
Allow it to get hot
Add your blended tomatoes and pepper
Let it fry
Add your cooked snail, kpomo, prawns
Let it cook

Taste to see if you need to add extra seasoning and salt

Allow it to cook
Add your okro
Add your uziza leaf and stir
Add your fish and let it cook for 2 minutes
Don’t stir so you won’t break the fish
